Once executed, it is permanent and binding upon execution. If the child is over the age of six (6) months, you will have three (3) business days to change your mind.
Yes, it is your choice as to the level of openness you have in your adoption plan. You may choose to meet the adoptive parents and build a relationship with them prior to delivery. After delivery, you can receive picture and letter updates and/or visits if you desire. Or you may choose to have no future contact or updates.
