Tammy Holcombe

Executive Director

Tammy Holcombe provides services to both birth parents and adoptive parents with expertise. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and has worked in the field of adoption for over 25 years. She has experience with private adoption as well as the dependency system.

Tammy understands that it takes a strong, loving birth parent and a strong, loving adoptive family to create a family through adoption. Tammy is grateful to witness the miracle of adoption up close.

Tammy was born and raised in Maine. Although, she loves Florida, she misses the changing seasons and loves to travel up north.

Leah Wild

Director of Adoption Services

Leah Wild is the Director of Adoption Services. Leah works with Adoptive Parents, educating them throughout the adoption process and completing Home Studies and Post Placement supervision. She also works to match Expectant/Birth Parents with Adoptive Families. Leah also provides counseling services to our clients.

Leah has worked in private adoption for over seventeen years and has extensive experience and knowledge in the field of adoption. Leah received her undergraduate degree from Clearwater Christian College, where she studied psychology and counseling. She received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Liberty University.

Tina Shade

Paralegal

Tina Shade is a Florida Registered Paralegal who has been working in adoptions since 1990. She has had the pleasure and honor of playing a role in hundreds of adoptions over the years and is still passionate about helping to create forever families through adoption. 

Tina has been married for over 30 years, has three grown children and is an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. She is involved in her church by serving in various women’s ministries and loves volunteering in her community.
